General Care for All Crazy Creek Chairs

Regular cleaning and attention to your Crazy Creek products will help to ensure a long and reliable life, keeping them in top condition for every adventure. Routine care is especially beneficial during extended use, as it helps to prevent buildup from dirt, sand, and other natural elements that can accumulate on outdoor gear. If you frequently use your Crazy Creek gear in sandy or wet environments, a quick clean after each outing will maintain the performance and comfort you rely on.

Please note that any products returned for warranty service must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand. This step helps our team evaluate and service your item more effectively, so your gear can be back in action as quickly as possible. Taking a few minutes to care for your Crazy Creek products will keep them adventure-ready for years to come.

Care Instructions for the AirCliner

The AirCliner is an inflatable product and requires a slightly different care approach:

1. Remove Dirt and Debris: Shake out any loose sand or debris, especially around the seams and folds where particles can gather.

2. Deflate Completely: Fully deflate the AirCliner by opening the air valve. Press down to expel all remaining air.

3. Wipe with a Damp Cloth: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent to gently wipe the surface. Avoid submerging the AirCliner entirely in water to protect the inner air bladder.

4. Rinse and Dry: Wipe off any soapy residue with clean, cold water and allow the AirCliner to air dry completely before folding and storing.

Storage: Once fully dry, roll the AirCliner and secure it with its straps. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

WHAT IS THE CRAZY CREEK® PRODUCTS WARRANTY POLICY?

Crazy Creek Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for either the lifetime of the product, one year or five year as stated for each product, not the persons lifetime ;).

If a Crazy Creek Products item is covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

HOW DO I START THE WARRANTY EVALUATION PROCESS?

For warranty evaluation, please email us images of the product and the damage in question to support@crazycreek.uk for consideration. If necessary to return to us, all shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Crazy Creek Products cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for warranty must be clean.

This warranty does not cover any products purchased as used equipment or products used in rental programs.

WHAT IS LIFETIME?

The products eligible for warranty are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the usable lifetime of the product.

Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Crazy Creek Product may not survive your lifetime, but we often hear from our fans that their chair has been with them over 20 years!

WHAT IS NORMAL WEAR & TEAR?

Crazy Creek Products lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Crazy Creek Products, they will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the bottom of chairs from rubbing when you sit on abrasive areas and general breakdown of the materials over the years.

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over £30 ship free via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days).
  • Standard Shipping for Orders Under £30: £2.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders placed by 3 pm Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders after 3 pm will ship the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer international delivery via DPD and DHL, with rates calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and all international orders are subject to the regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS POLICY

UK Returns:
Crazy Creek UK offers a 30-day return policy from the date of order. All returned goods must be unused and in the original condition in which they were shipped. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of order will not be accepted. Please note that items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.

Crazy Creek UK covers the cost of return shipping for UK returns.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@crazycreek.uk and include your name or order number. Once your return shipment has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund.

International Returns:
For international orders, Crazy Creek UK also offers a 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in their original condition. Returns requested after 30 days from the order date will not be accepted. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties will not be considered a return, and voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.

Items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.

To initiate an international return, please email support@crazycreek.uk and include your name or order number. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a full refund for qualifying returns.
