CRAZY CREEK® UK PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY?

Crazy Creek products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the usable lifetime of the product (as specified: either one year, five years, or the product’s own lifetime), not the owner’s lifetime!

If a Crazy Creek item covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at our discretion, with a £15 shipping and handling fee. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time.

How do I start the Warranty Evaluation Process?

To begin the warranty evaluation, please email photos of your product and the area of damage to support@crazycreek.uk. If we need the product returned, please ensure all shipping to the Warranty Department is pre-paid and insured. Crazy Creek cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Products returned under warranty must be clean.

This warranty does not cover any second-hand products or items used in rental programmes.

What does Lifetime mean?

Products eligible for warranty are covered for the usable lifetime of the product, to the original owner.

Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. While many of our customers have enjoyed their chairs for over 20 years, the warranty applies to the product’s lifespan, not the owner’s!

What is Normal Wear & Tear?

The Crazy Creek lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear. Wear and tear refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs with regular use. Even with the best care, Crazy Creek products will eventually show signs of age. Examples of wear and tear not covered by warranty include colour fading, abrasions from use on rough surfaces, and general material breakdown over time.

The Fine Print:

If a warranted Crazy Creek product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. If your chair has sentimental value and is irreplaceable to you, please indicate this on the Warranty Return Form, and we will return it to you without replacement.

Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from when we receive your product, though in peak seasons it may take longer. If your product requires cleaning before evaluation, please allow an additional two weeks.

As stated in our policy, customers cover the shipping costs to the Warranty Department. Crazy Creek will cover return shipping using standard delivery. If you prefer express delivery, any additional charges will be billed to you. All shipping for non-warranty repairs is at the owner’s expense.

If your buckle is broken or missing, we’d be happy to send a replacement. Please email support@crazycreek.uk with your name, address, phone number, and a description of the product, along with photos of the chair and buckle. If a buckle breaks accidentally, replacements are available on our website under Accessories.
